Verification Before Visibility
No sitter appears in search results until Tier 2 verification is complete. This is enforced at the database query level — not a policy, a hard technical gate.

Sessions can only start when the sitter scans a parent-generated QR code on-site. The start time is set by our server — creating a tamper-proof session record that's legally defensible.
Live Tracking With Built-In Privacy
Parents see their sitter's live location during every active session. Location data is stored in-memory only, with a 5-minute auto-expiry. It is never written to a database. We don't just promise privacy — we architect it.
Emergency SOS
Both parents and sitters have a panic button during any active session. A 3-second hold instantly:
- Alerts all emergency contacts with live location
- Notifies the other party
- Alerts platform admins
- Provides one-tap police dial (100/112)
- Freezes the session (cannot be ended while SOS is active)
Every SOS event is logged permanently and never deleted.
Mandatory Emergency Contacts
Before any first session can begin, both parents and sitters must have at least one verified emergency contact saved.
Full Audit Trail
Every booking, session, payment, and SOS event is logged immutably. Timestamped, server-side, tamper-proof.
Children's Data Protection
Children's ages and details are collected only for booking purposes. Stored with strict access controls. Never shared with third parties. Full DPDP Act 2023 compliance.
